Retreat Days:
June 13th 2024 (Thursday)- June 17th 2024(Monday)
Thursday June 13th- Check in Day, get settled, get to know everyone, and sit and sew.
Friday June 14th- Spend the day with G. She will be teaching how to create a bag and and one quilting project (Classi will provide most materials a list will be emailed to customer after purchase)
Saturday June 15th- Spend the day with Heather and Laura as they do quilting boarders on panels (Classi will provide most materials a list will be emailed to customer after purchase)
Sunday June 16th- This is an open sew day. Spend the day with friends finishing projects up, completing any UFOs you bring, or just simply enjoy the house!
Monday June 17th- This is check out day. Everyone must be checked out by 10:00 A.M.
At the end of each day you can spend the nights sewing and chatting finishing up project and UFOs you bring with you!
Classi Creations will also have an option for you to rent a sewing machine if you do not wish to travel with your own. Click here to add on your rental.
Classi Creations Summer 2024 retreat includes:

Retreat House
The 4,000 square foot historic Victorian home is set up perfectly for small group retreats. The 1.25 acre peaceful property overlooks the beautiful Lake Jackson. Our purposefully-designed Retreat Room has unlimited natural light, panoramic lake views, comfortable fans & air conditioning.
The main Retreat Room on the ground floor has space individual work stations, cutting stations, ironing stations, design walls, and tons of natural light with floor-to-ceiling windows overlooking beautiful Lake Jackson, Alabama's largest natural lake.
8 retreaters will be stationed in the Retreat Room and the remaining workstations will be set up in the adjoining Dining Room.

The bright, airy bedrooms are furnished with comfortable bedding, extra quilts, and comfortable seating areas for a private phone call or cozying up with a book.
Linens and towels are gladly included!
Enjoy plush bath towels, crisp white linens, and locally made soaps. Soak in a deep clawfoot tub in one of the beautifully-restored bathrooms. We welcome you to your rooms with fresh flowers.
The retreat center has high-speed internet, but no televisions.

There is a fully furnished kitchen for cooking your own meals, or you are welcome to enjoy any of the great local restaurants.
Classi Creations will be providing basic snacks and drinks throughout the stay and 2 lunches (Friday and Saturday)
Kitchen Amenities: This includes a traditional coffee brewer, a Keurig, a crockpot, toaster, microwave, and blender. There is a full size refrigerator and freezer for your use. We have all the utensils, pots and pans, drinkware, dishware, and silverware you will need.
For dining:
Large dining table on the back deck when the beautiful weather invites you to dine al fresco.
Indoor dining room with seating for 14 (unless your group uses it for crafting!)
**Cancellation Policy**
We understand that plans can change unexpectedly, and we strive to accommodate our participants as best as possible. However, due to the nature of our retreat and the necessary arrangements we make in advance, we have instituted the following cancellation policy:
1. **Cancellation Periods:**
- **Early Cancellation:** Cancellations made more than 60 days prior to the start date of the retreat will receive a full refund minus a 10% administrative fee.
- **Standard Cancellation:** Cancellations made between 30 and 60 days prior to the start date of the retreat will receive a 50% refund.
- **Late Cancellation:** Cancellations made less than 30 days prior to the start date of the retreat are not eligible for refunds.
2. **Transfers:**
- Participants may transfer their registration to another individual at any time prior to the start date of the retreat at no additional cost. However, please notify us in writing of any such transfers.
3. **No-shows:**
- Participants who do not show up for the retreat without prior notice will not be eligible for any refund or credit.
4. **Force Majeure:**
- In the event that the retreat must be canceled or postponed due to circumstances beyond our control, such as natural disasters, pandemics, or other unforeseen emergencies, participants will be given the option to receive a full refund or transfer their registration to a future retreat date.
5. **Refund Process:**
- Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 30 days of receiving a cancellation request in writing.
6. **Notification:**
- All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email to info@classicreations.com and must include the participant's name, contact information, order number, and reason for cancellation.
By registering for our quilting retreat, you agree to abide by the terms of this cancellation policy.
