**Retreats/Classes Cancellation Policy**

We understand that plans can change unexpectedly, and we strive to accommodate our participants as best as possible. However, due to the nature of our retreat and the necessary arrangements we make in advance, we have instituted the following cancellation policy:

1. **Cancellation Periods:**
- **Early Cancellation:** Cancellations made more than 60 days prior to the start date of the retreat will receive a full refund minus a 10% administrative fee.
- **Standard Cancellation:** Cancellations made between 30 and 60 days prior to the start date of the retreat will receive a 50% refund.
- **Late Cancellation:** Cancellations made less than 30 days prior to the start date of the retreat are not eligible for refunds.

2. **Transfers:**
- Participants may transfer their registration to another individual at any time prior to the start date of the retreat at no additional cost. However, please notify us in writing of any such transfers.

3. **No-shows:**
- Participants who do not show up for the retreat without prior notice will not be eligible for any refund or credit.

4. **Force Majeure:**
- In the event that the retreat must be canceled or postponed due to circumstances beyond our control, such as natural disasters, pandemics, or other unforeseen emergencies, participants will be given the option to receive a full refund or transfer their registration to a future retreat date.

5. **Refund Process:**
- Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 30 days of receiving a cancellation request in writing.

6. **Notification:**
- All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email to info@classicreations.com and must include the participant's name, contact information, order number, and reason for cancellation.

By registering for our quilting retreats or classes, you agree to abide by the terms of this cancellation policy.
